Legal drafting automation platform

Clarilis is a market leading drafting automation platform with the largest team of automation specialists in the UK.

It was designed for law firms and in-house legal teams, aiming to save a significant amount of time in producing first drafts of all forms of legal documentation.

Gresham House Ventures invested £3.5m as part of a £6m funding round in August 2020, to assist in the company’s continued growth internationally as well as to fund its sales, marketing and product development functions.

Investment rationale

Clarilis provides a market-leading solution and exceptional customer satisfaction as a result of its fully managed service. The company has already had an impact in the market and this looks set to continue as the business expands, particularly into the South East Asian market.
