High quality pet care at flexible prices

Vet’s Klinc’s distinctive customer experience combines an industry-leading booking system, real-time video and photographic updates to pets’ medical records.

This is delivered by large-scale team of veterinary experts, becoming a “Super Klinic” – the largest single site, first opinion practice in Swindon.

Investment rationale

As pet ownership in the UK increased during the pandemic – with 3.2m households adopting a pet since March 2020 – so has ‘pet parenting’, where the pet is treated like one of the family. This recognition of the mental health benefits of pet ownership, alongside an enduring shift to more flexible working patterns, suggests this trend will continue.

To meet this demand, we invested £4m of growth capital to fund the roll out of a further four “Super Klinics” along the M4 corridor, creating a regional group of practices to deliver the same standout pet and client care.
