Its Aussie Man & Van and Anthony Ward Thomas brands are well known, with MRG counting Cate Blanchett, Orlando Bloom and the Archbishop of Canterbury as clients.

The Mobeus VCTs invested £7.2 million into MRG in December 2014 to support an equity release for the shareholders of the business.

Since our investment, the company has made a number of acquisitions to accelerate its expansion outside London and into the West of England.

We exited the company for 3.4x money multiple in February 2024, delivering a strong return with an IRR of 26.6% over the nine-year holding period.
